Hi

Hoping to get some advice from 'those in the know'.
Long story short = crazy ex, DV, restraining order, charges/convictions, stalking etc and I need to ramp up my safety now he is out.

I have changed rego on my car (cant afford new one), have new house (no one knows address), lock on mail box, back to _base_ alarm, deadlocks, security grills etc. Very concious of safety but I just know he is going to try and kill me.

So can anyone reccommend a company that does security assessments/ personal safety courses? Not really interested in martial arts - have done the basics but he is well trained military and has 20kgs muscle & 6 inches on me.

Any other ideas from day to day practice?

Please no flaming and I would really appreciate any advice.
